Past Attendees' Comments
"This training program was amazing! This type of training is long overdue. Mental health is ever growing all over the world and as a telecommunicator, we are expected to solve all problems. The tools learned will allow proper techniques and the possibilities of offering a warm hand over to crisis lines or a crisis response team. As a trainer giving feedback can be challenging at times, well not anymore! They will give you great techniques on how to give feedback. I can say the scenarios are real everyday calls that I have actually had most of them before which made the class great as well!
I can't wait to train my agency! What are you waiting for? Take the class!"
